If you experienced a problem with your order or the product is not suitable, you may return it within 14 days of receipt.
Before Submitting a Return
Please ensure that:
- The product packaging has been opened without damaging it (the resealable packaging is undamaged, not torn, etc.)
- The product is complete — all packaging and components are included
- The product shows no signs of use
- The product is not an opened hygiene or personal protection item
If the product appears to be defective, please include photos and await further instructions.
How to Initiate a Return
For a faster process, you can send the following details to our customer service email:
- Customer name
- Order date
- Order number (or attach the purchase invoice)
- Product code / SKU
- Reason for return

How to Return Your Item
After submitting your return request and receiving confirmation, please send the item using your preferred method:
- Omniva, Smartpost, or DPD parcel locker
- Haabersti Rimi Smartpost locker (Tallinn)
- By courier to: Meistri 16–204, Tallinn, 13517

Once you have dropped off the parcel, please send us the confirmation slip/receipt by email so we can begin the return process and issue your refund as quickly as possible.
