Are the probiotics safe for pets and children?
Yes. They are gentle Bacillus strains of the same kind used in many probiotic products and recognised as safe, so they suit homes with children and pets.
How large an area does one unit cover?
One unit is sized for a typical room; for open-plan or multi-room spaces we suggest more than one to keep coverage even.
How often do the filters and probiotic refill need changing?
Filters follow normal HEPA/carbon replacement intervals, and the probiotic cartridge is replaced periodically to keep the microbiome stage effective — the unit signals when it's time.
