Most supermarket degreasers either contain hydroxides (caustic soda/NaOH) which can burn skin and corrode materials, or phosphates which persist in waterways. The product is ideal for end-of-day deep cleaning of kitchen equipment, oven interiors, and range hoods — apply, dwell, wipe, and rinse before the next service.
