1. General Information

1.1 Response time for enquiries is up to 5 business days. If you have any questions or would like information about your order, please contact our customer service.
1.2 Payments are accepted in EUR.
1.3 This website is managed by Sanitify OÜ.

2. Ordering

2.1 You can order products from our online store without registration, although registered users may benefit from additional discounts. The system is secure and easy to use, and your personal data is protected.
2.2 To place an order, follow these steps:

  1. Add the desired product(s) to your cart.
  2. Proceed to the cart by clicking the cart icon at the top of the page.
  3. Fill in the required fields and select your preferred delivery and payment method.
  4. Read the Terms of Sale and confirm your agreement.
  5. Click „Place Order“ and complete the payment.

You will receive an order confirmation by email and we will start preparing your order.

3. Payment

3.1 After completing the payment, make sure to click „Return to merchant“.
3.2 You can pay quickly and securely via bank links, instalment partners, or invoice/e-invoice.
3.2.1 Supported bank links: Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, and COOP. Payments are processed by Montonio.
3.3 Orders are processed once payment has been fully received.
3.4 Any payment transaction fees are borne by the buyer.

4. Delivery

4.1 Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an „Order Confirmed“ email with detailed information. If you do not receive this email, please contact customer service. Once the order is packed and dispatched, you will also receive a „Your Order Has Been Shipped“ notification.
4.1.1 Note: Shipping/delivery does not occur on public holidays.

4.3 If a parcel is not collected on time and is returned to Sanitify OÜ, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any re-shipping costs if desired. If the customer opted for in-store pick-up, the order must be collected within 3 calendar months. Uncollected orders will be cancelled without refund.

5. Right of Withdrawal

5.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, and to exchange or return the product.
5.2 Products may be tried and inspected to determine their suitability, but must be handled minimally — equivalent to how products are tried in retail stores before purchase.
5.3 Returned products must be in their original packaging, with original labelling, and in the same condition as when delivered. If the original packaging has been damaged, or the product shows wear beyond reasonable inspection, the seller reserves the right to deduct a compensation for the decrease in value from the refund.
5.4 Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the reason for return is a defect or incorrect item.
5.5 The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice, or provide proof of handover to a carrier within that period.
5.6 Upon receiving the returned goods, the online store will refund all payments received within 14 days of the withdrawal notice.
5.7 The online store may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or proof of return has been provided.
5.8 If the buyer chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard option offered, the store is not obliged to refund the extra cost.
5.9 The online store reserves the right to cancel a sale and reclaim goods if the price was published in error significantly below market value.
5.10 To initiate a return, please complete the withdrawal form available on our Return Policy page.
5.11 After submitting the form, you may send the parcel to a Smartpost, DPD, or Omniva parcel locker, or for larger items, return it to our office at Meistri 16–204, Tallinn.
5.12 The claims period is 2 years. If a defect appears within 6 months of purchase, it is presumed to have existed at the time of purchase unless the seller proves otherwise. After 6 months, the buyer must demonstrate that the defect is a manufacturing fault.
5.13 The buyer must contact the online store about a defect within 2 months of its discovery. The store will respond in writing within 15 days.
5.14 If an ordered product cannot be delivered (e.g. out of stock), the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund (including delivery costs) will be issued, generally within 1–2 business days (up to 7 business days depending on the payment method).

6. Data Protection

6.1 Customer personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
6.2 Sanitify OÜ collects personal data when a customer account is created or an order is placed.
6.3 Data collected includes: name, email address, mobile phone number, and consumption preferences.
6.4 Personal data is used to provide, develop, and personalise services — primarily to sell products and send personalised offers.
6.5 By entering data on the website and confirming, the customer authorises Sanitify OÜ to collect and process personal data and share the necessary information with logistics partners for delivery.
6.6 Sanitify OÜ may use the customer’s address to send marketing and informational materials.
6.7 The customer may at any time withdraw consent for the collection and use of personal data, except where required for contract fulfilment or delivery. Withdrawal does not apply retroactively.
6.8 Electronic personal data is used for direct marketing only with explicit consent.
6.9 Encrypted data communication with banks during payment protects the customer’s banking credentials — Sanitify OÜ does not have access to these.
6.9.1 Sanitify OÜ does not share customer personal data with third parties.
6.10 Sanitify Group OÜ reserves the right to send campaign updates, news, and order notifications via Facebook Messenger.

7. Other Terms

7.1 Liability and Force Majeure:
7.1.1 Sanitify OÜ is liable to you, and you are liable to Sanitify OÜ, for damages caused by breach of these terms to the extent provided by Estonian law.
7.1.2 Sanitify OÜ is not liable for damages or delays caused by circumstances beyond its control that it could not have foreseen (force majeure).

7.2 Breach of Obligations:
A breach of obligations includes failure to fulfil order terms or improper fulfilment, including delays.

7.3 Remedies for Breach:
If the online store has breached its obligations, the customer may: demand fulfilment; withhold their own performance; claim damages; withdraw from or terminate the contract; reduce the price; or claim interest on late payments. These remedies may be used separately or in combination.

8. Coupons, Discount Codes, and Reward Points

8.1 Coupons and discount codes may be used by any user who has received them.
8.2 Coupons and codes are distributed on the Sanitify Facebook page and by email to registered users.
8.3 To apply a coupon, add items to your cart and enter the code in the discount code field, then click ADD. The discount is calculated automatically.
8.4 Coupons have an expiry date shown at the time of receipt.
8.5 Only one coupon may be used per order.
8.6 Coupons may be applied to discounted products if the coupon allows it.
8.7 Reward points are earned per email address, with or without registration. Points accumulate per email, so registering an account is recommended to keep points in one place.
8.8 Earning rate: 10 points per €1 spent.
8.9 Redemption rate: 100 points = €1 in cart credit.
8.10 Points are rounded up to the nearest whole number.
8.11 Reward points cannot be withdrawn as cash or exchanged for discount codes.
8.12 Reward points expire after 3 months.
8.13 Registering an account earns 200 bonus points (€2) for your next order.
8.14 Up to 50% of the cart total may be paid with reward points per order.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Any matters not covered by these terms are governed by Estonian law.
9.2 Disputes may be referred to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr), the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, or a court. For questions, contact [email protected].
